Have you avoided Hypnotherapy in the past because you might have been scared?
Many people have seen stage hypnotists at work, and have been impressed with how they can seem to manipulate their ’subjects’. This can be quite a scary concept to ordinary people who don’t want to make an exhibition of themselves. However clinical hypnotherapy is very different. I won’t make you baa like a sheep or cluck like a chicken. I will help you feel at ease and respect your dignity at all times as you would expect when you see a professional hypnotherapist.
I will treat you with compassion and understanding and help you find positive and lasting solutions to whatever is troubling you and has caused you to contact me.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy which is the main therapy approach that I use is one of the most evidence based forms of hypnotherapy, and has proven success rates in the treatment of many conditions. This means that it can really help you to be the master of your own thoughts. I do however recognise that ‘one size doesn’t always fit all’ and I do have several other techniques that I have studied and applied over the years which may be more appropriate to your specific needs. I have been practicing now for many years and am fully insured and working to the code of ethics of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I am also registered with the regulating body, the CNHC.(Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and work to their code of ethics too.
So, if any of these apply to you, hypnotherapy can help you deal with them,CLICK HERE to find out how:
