Weekend Course

Weekend courses are run Saturdays or Sundays from 10 am till 12.30pm, over five weeks.   Please call or email to find a date suitable for you.  

Evening course

 Evenings available for courses are Mondays or Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and class dates and times are organised to suit the participants needs.  they will run over 5 sessions.

Each course incorporates 12 hours teaching time in total.  Courses are held in Crowthorne in Berkshire, which is located near the Berkshire/, Surrey/, Hampshire border.  It is within 4 miles of Wokingham, Bracknell, Camberley, Yateley and Sandhurst.   Crowthorne is a 20 minute drive from central Reading, and a similar distance from Farnborough and Frimley.

Private Sessions

If you would like to do the course in the privacy and comfort of your own home, and be able to talk freely about your own private issues, without sharing them in a class setting, private sessions can be arranged. This option is very popular with couples, as it allow you the flexibility to arrange appointments to suit your own diary and gives you practice at relaxing at home where ideally you will be in at least the early stages of your labour.

Fees:

To join a course, the fee is £295. A deposit of £50 payable at booking, with the balance payable on the first night of the course.

Space on each course is  limited, however it may be possible to secure a place at short notice, so please call to enquire or fill out the contact form below.
